I took a little roadtrip to South Carolina for a unique opportunity to geek out on mycelium at Mushroom Mountain Farm🤓. It was an awesome experience that helped me gain a deeper understanding of the fungal world and its immeasurable possibilities. I’ve got two thousand shiitake mushroom plugs en route to activate my vision of transforming the heritage woodlands surrounding our main farm lot. What is now an unruly, former trash dump will become a fruitful mushroom farm amongst lush nature trails teeming with life. Stay tuned!
