Shannon and I always find treasures when we’re working to clear a new area to put into production. We’ve found tables, planter pots, tires, cookware, computer monitors, plastic crates, and more. We still have yet to find our ancestors’ stash of buried money. Recently though, we found something even better than money – FRUIT TREES.

We found three struggly, little peach trees underneath the canopy of a massive, inherited peach tree.

We dug up our newfound fruit trees to nurse them on the farm. I expect that they will survive transplant and the impending winter to provide us an abundance of peaches for many years to come🤲🏾.
