EARLY GINGER HARVEST

I decided to do an early harvest of one of my ginger beds. As expected, the rhizomes were not very big, but they were not lacking in that punchy ginger taste. My young ginger harvest would be perfect for experimenting🤓.

I love pickled ginger, but stopped purchasing it long ago because the price was too steep. I can’t even imagine the 2025 price🥴. Making pickled ginger simply requires four ingredients – fresh ginger, rice vinegar, cane sugar, and salt. This is gonna be a fun and (hopefully) tasty experiment! I look forward to seeing how my first batch turns out👀.
